As well as taking photographs for my clients, I also enjoy passing on my best photography tips and tricks so everyone can learn how to take better photographs.

For some people, taking better photos means being able to capture images of their children as they grow up. For others, taking good pictures means capturing a lovely landscape on their travel adventures, and in this day and age business owners also want to be able to photograph their products on a day-to-day basis.

Photography lessons

I offer two options when it comes to photography lessons

• SLR photography lessons - this is a four hour photography training course that will enable you toget off auto on your SLR for those of you with more advanced cameras
• Smartphone photography course - this option will help you learn how to take better photos with your smartphone, whether it's Android, iPhone, or something else. This photography course is well-suited for larger groups such as organisations or social groups and also makes a great gift for loved ones looking to improve their phone photography skills.

Both of these photography lessons can also be delivered as online photography courses.

Previous Mobile Phone Photography Courses

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting with a group of florists who were interested in learning how to take better pictures of their floral creations with their mobile phones. These florists create beautiful bouquets and floral displays every day but are not able to have a professional photographer there to capture their beautiful creations everyday. By learnin how to take great photos with their phones, these florists will now be able to capture their everyday creations to showcase their wonderful work.

I ran a smartphone photography course for these florists to help them improve their photography skills. In this photoraphy training, I provided them with lots of photography tips, advice and training to help them understand how to take better photos of their work for their social media, website and wider promotion. In this mobile phone photography course, we covered how to take photos with a smartphone, understanding the best angles, lighting, and camera settings, and what are the best photography apps for iPhone and Android.

As a result, these florists now have the confidence and skills needed to take beautiful photos with their phones every single day.
