Meet Emma - she is a Yoga teacher.   We met when she moved into the same block as my office! She and her husband worked very hard to turn their space into a gorgeous yoga studio - it even has under floor heating!  Its a very calming space and I enjoy visiting. Emma wanted to get some images to show it off properly and to showcase her classes.  Luckily her students did not mind me popping in to capture both Emma and them working hard!

Emma Turnbull is the founder of Yoga Wise, Yoga and Ayurveda, and has recently opened a beautiful new dedicated studio in Mayland, Essex which runs regular classes, workshops and teacher training.
